Found myself humming that damn tune
But with a twist
I survived
Seems that the Sun, won’t let me anywhere near it
It thinks I will bring the night with me

Now I am stuck out here in the rain
The sunlight breaks through just a bit
Such a tease
Not enough to keep me warm

Another day perhaps

And yeah I get burnt pretty often
But sometimes you just have to try
To fly, anyway.
